7 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square, in one of the largest gardens in the medina, Riad el Arsat is an intimate and spacious place, combining luxury, charm and ancient traditions of Morocco.
With a large swimming pool, a spa, huge galleries and large terraces, Riad el Arsat is one of the last historic palaces in the medina that was presented on the luxury TV channel during the Marrakech Film Festival 2007.
The palace was built by the Kabbaj family in the late nineteenth century and was broken up in the 60s, after the death of the owner. It has been renovated with the greatest respect for the original architecture by Nicole Arbousset who has created an atmosphere subtly inspired by the thirties and oriental art revisited and to whom we owe the restoration of the old unity.

For its authenticity and originality, it has been recognized as an exceptional place in the medina, a haven of peace for lovers on their honeymoon. The sweetness of Marrakech awaits you in the sumptuous living room with 30s decoration by the fireplace, or by the pool or pool with its water lilies.
In the morning, Moroccan breakfasts will be served, at your discretion, in the patios, galleries, dining room or on the terraces.
